Conditions of hire

Everything you need to know

• Strictly NO SMOKING in caravan

• No pets in van and this includes birds, mice, rats or any other animal. 

• Toilet to cleaned before hand back.

• Van is to be left clean with rubbish emptied. 

• Awning is to be rolled away in storms and excessive wind.

• All hatches to be closed when leaving caravan. 

• All breakages to be paid for by hirer. 

• All utensils and crockery to be washed and put away. 

• Loss of keys will incur a replacement fee.

• Only contracted clients to be staying in the van.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
